With an analytical approach to anatomy/physiology combined with a passion for restoring the body’s innate intelligence, each Ayurveda consultation, body treatment or yoga session is customized to alleviate stress, detox the body, nourish the body tissues and create balanced energy flow.
Cynthia offers services in (in h”OM”e and onsite) Ayurveda Consultations, workshops, body treatments and cleanses. As a land steward, she is committed to farming sustainably and thoughtfully to create healthier local communities. She has 14+ years of clinical experience as a licensed massage therapist + instructor, yoga teacher and the last 8 years as an Ayurveda Practitioner.
In addition, Cynthia holds certifications in pre and post natal massage, myofascial techniques, Reiki, advanced Ayurveda body treatments, Pancha Karma (ayurveda cleanse) therapies, hot stone massage and aromatic botanical medicine. All of her sessions use organic and/or sustainably harvested high quality oils and herbs.
A Registered Ayurvedic Practitioner with AAPNA (Association of Ayurvedic Professionals of North America) and a Register Ayurvedic Practitioner with NAMA (The National Ayurvedic Medical Association), Cynthia has trained over the last 8 years intensely with following institutions: Dr. Paul Dugliss, New World Ayurveda (Ayurveda Practitioner Program); Lalita Devi, Sivananda Yoga Ashram, Ayurveda Well Being Center (Certified Yoga Instructor, Ayurveda Body Therapy Specialist); California College of Ayurveda (Ayurveda Educator Program); Arjun Das and Dr. CP Asghar, Ayur Greens Ayurveda Center in Kerala India (Panchakarma & Massage Therapist Training Course).
